Join us at the Supreme Court on Thursday 20th June at 8:45am when the judgment on the groundbreaking Horse Hill case – brought by Sarah Finch on behalf of the Weald Action Group – will be announced.
We’re counting on a strong show of solidarity and support as so many of you have been instrumental in getting us here, and we’re deeply grateful for this.
This journey has spanned nearly five years, evolving beyond challenging UK Oil & Gas’s 20-year drilling permit at Horse Hill, Surrey. It’s become a call to clarify a deadly ambiguity in UK Planning Law, which is crucial for assessing all future fossil fuel projects.
